Her teammate Clarisse Gaehler also showed good form in the 10-year-old girls' category, placing ninth in both the backstroke (27.30) and breaststroke (33.18) events.
The boys' side saw solid performances from Teodor Dreyschultze in the 8-year-old category, while Afif Haigal represented the school in the 11-year-old age group, competing in both backstroke and breaststroke events.
In the relay events, Bateen World Academy's girls team of Livia Mazzoni, Menna Maycock, Lea Sarieddine, and Tala Al Sheikh Yaseen put in a commendable performance in the 8-10 years 100m freestyle relay, finishing fourth with a time of 1:41.63. The boys' relay team rounded out the competition with a sixth-place finish in their 100m freestyle relay event, clocking 1:50.06.
